1. Purpose

These terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions of access to and use of the website framistik.com (hereinafter "the Website") and the services offered therein. By accessing the Website or using its services, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

2. Service description

Framistik is an online tool for creating parametric SVG frames designed for laser and CNC cutting. The service is offered free of charge as a personal project and as a prototype under active development. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, without notice or compensation.

3. Access to the service

Access to the Website is open to anyone with an Internet connection. Some features may require creating a user account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. They are solely responsible for the use of their account.

4. Registration and user account

Registration is free. The user undertakes to:

• Not create an account under a false identity;

The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the service and the files produced, particularly in the context of laser or CNC cutting.

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Nice, France shall have sole jurisdiction.
